参加申し込みについて
開催日の2週間前の0：00－16：00の間に、下記のフォームにて受け付けます。
Registration begins 2 weeks before the event. Submit this form between 0:00－16:00 .
① 参加希望日、プログラム名 ② 代表の名前 ③ 住所 ④ メールアドレス ⑤ 電話番号 ⑥ 参加者全員の名前と年齢（学年）
1. Date and name of event, 2. Name of applicant, 3. Address, 4. Email address, 5. Telephone number, 6. Names and ages of all participants
- 参加希望者多数の場合は抽選になります。
In case the number of applicants exceeds the limit, we will draw lots . - 定員に達しない場合は引き続き参加申込を受け付けます。
In case the limit is not reached, we will continue accepting applicants. - 3日以内に返信がない場合は、藤前干潟を守る会の☎080-5157-2002まで問い合わせてください。
If you do not receive a response within 3 days, please contact us at 080-5157-2002. (Japanese only) - 複数家族での申込はできません。グループの場合は5名まで。
We do not accept applications for multiple families. Groups should be up to 5 people.
